Definitely agree because after leaving Verizon, things have definitely gotten better. But this also reminds me of Tracfone and their service plans. No contract, prepaid, and kids love their phones. They used to offer a bunch of free stuff for their customers, like at this site: (removed) Site changed though, so not sure how things are now.
